Benjamin T. Kurten chairs Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.'s Immigration Law Group and is a shareholder in the firm's Labor and Employment and International Practices. He has nearly 19 years of immigration law experience.

Ben represents clients across the country in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care, financial services, technology, entertainment, consumer goods, and agriculture. He helps clients navigate immigration regulations in order to employ foreign-born talent and ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.

He has successfully argued cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Board of Immigrations Appeals, and the Administrative Appeals Office. In addition, Ben is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, is a frequent speaker and panelist on the topic of immigration, has written numerous articles, and has edited the immigration law chapter of the Wisconsin Attorney's Desk Reference for many years. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1997.
