Gregory Monday is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.’s Business Law practice and Trusts & Estates practice. He represents middle-market family businesses and their owners in the areas of governance, ownership, and succession. In particular, he helps family businesses plan and implement long-term transitions of leadership and ownership from one generation to the next using tailored business governance structures and sophisticated estate planning techniques.
Gregory also serves his clients as outside general counsel, helping them obtain and manage the full range of legal services they may need to operate and grow. He is a frequent speaker and author regarding family businesses.
David J. Sisson is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.’s Litigation and Labor and Employment practices. He solves problems that arise when critical personal business relationships end, including disputes involving departing key employees and shareholders in closely-held corporations and others who owe fiduciary duties.
David is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully prosecuted and defended clients in numerous trials before juries in federal and state courts, and before state agencies and arbitrators. He has also acted as Special Public Service Prosecutor for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. David regularly lectures employers, trade associations, and attorneys on employment and litigation matters.
John H. Wink is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.’s Banking and Finance and Corporate Law practices. He serves a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions and asset-based lenders as well as privately held and public companies with varying aspects of financing transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, John studied accounting, passed the CPA exam, and worked for a large public institution on accounting matters.
