David J. Sisson is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.’s Litigation and Labor and Employment practices. He solves problems that arise when critical personal business relationships end, including disputes involving departing key employees and shareholders in closely-held corporations and others who owe fiduciary duties.
David is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully prosecuted and defended clients in numerous trials before juries in federal and state courts, and before state agencies and arbitrators. He has also acted as Special Public Service Prosecutor for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. David regularly lectures employers, trade associations, and attorneys on employment and litigation matters.
John H. Wink is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C.’s Banking and Finance and Corporate Law practices. He serves a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions and asset-based lenders as well as privately held and public companies with varying aspects of financing transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, John studied accounting, passed the CPA exam, and worked for a large public institution on accounting matters.
