Amy O. Bruchs is a managing partner in the Madison office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. She develops targeted employment-related solutions for her clients in situations involving discrimination claims, worker’s compensation, labor disputes, restrictive covenants, and more. She also routinely advises employers on the day-to-day issues involved in the management of employees in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
Amy is a 1993 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. She regularly participates in presentations and seminars covering the full spectrum of labor and employment issues.
Robert (Bob) J. Kasieta is a 1983 graduate of Marquette Law School. He clerked for the Dane County Chief Judge in 1984. In August 1997, Bob founded Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, focusing on personal injury, insurance, corporate litigation, and employment law.
Bob is a Certified Civil Pretrial and Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has taught dozens of continuing legal education courses and also teaches at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
