Graham P. Wiemer is a founding partner of the Milwaukee law firm MacGillis Wiemer, LLC. He represents men and women in all aspects of family law. He often works with individuals on divorce, paternity, child custody and visitation, child custody jurisdiction, support, property division, domestic violence issues, domestic partnership dissolutions, and post-judgment matters. In addition, he is often appointed as a guardian ad litem to represent the best interests of minor children.
Graham is a trained, experienced mediator and assists parents and couples in resolving child-related and financial issues privately without court involvement. He is also active in representing individuals in the collaborative divorce process. He is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW) and currently sits on their board of directors.
Megann S. Hendrix is an attorney at Walny Legal Group LLC in downtown Milwaukee. She focuses her practice on family law, elder law, and estate planning. Her family law practice includes collaborative divorce, divorce mediation, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Because of her knowledge in elder law and estate planning, she is often hired to represent a spouse or consult in “grey divorce” cases.
Megann is actively involved in the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW) – she won its highest award, the “Dolphin Award,” in 2013, she was the 2016 Chair of the organization, and she is now the Training Chair on its board of directors. She also serves on the board of directors for the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Family Law Section as its Legislative Committee Co-Chair.
