In addition, for over 15 years, Gardner has defended employers in state and federal courts/agencies across the United States. John earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Jonathan R. Eiden is a shareholder in von Briesen & Roper's Labor and Employment Section. His practice focuses on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, including discrimination, workplace standards, medical leave requirements, wage and hour regulations, and labor relations. James R.
