Nilesh P. Patel is the Principal Attorney for the Mahadev Law Group, LLC, where he focuses on employment, labor, and human resources issues. A Nonresident Lawyers Division member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Nilesh currently resides in New York. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School ’02 and the University of California at Berkeley ’95.
Danielle Tierney is a Senior Associate Attorney at Axley and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. Ms. Tierney focuses her practice on a variety of civil law areas, including commercial litigation, agricultural litigation, contractual and collection disputes, municipal litigation, and insurance defense matters. After graduating among the top students of her class with three years on the Dean’s List from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, Ms. Tierney practiced law with a small firm in Middleton, WI where she had clerked previously. In her early years of practice, Ms. Tierney has first-chaired a personal injury jury trial; second-chaired bench trials and jury trials involving agricultural, contractual, and defamation issues; handled countless depositions, motion hearings, and small claims matters; and has argued cases before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals twice. In 2018, Ms. Tierney was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by the Wisconsin Law Journal. During law school, Ms. Tierney worked as a Clinical Law Student for the Wisconsin Economic Justice Institute where she represented clients with consumer law claims in state and federal courts, including Internet scams, debt collection harassment, and foreclosure matters. In addition, Ms. Tierney also served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. Ms. Tierney is originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin and enjoys watching Wisconsin sports and spending time with family and friends when she is not in the office.
