The 2025 edition is current through the 2023–24 Wisconsin Statutes. The administrative code provisions are current through the Wisconsin Administrative Register, Feb. 2025, No. 830. The 2025 edition includes recent legislation and administrative developments that

• Added a section to the Wisconisin Marital Property Act relating to the classification of digital property, in addition to making other amendments as part of the Wisconsin Trust Code trailer bill enacted in 2024
• Updated the federal poverty guidelines for 2025
