The 2023 edition is current through the 2021–22 Wisconsin Statutes. The administrative code provisions are current though Wis. Admin. Reg., Feb. 27, 2023, No. 806B.  The 2023 edition incorporates recent legislation and administrative developments, which:

• Adopted the Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act in Wisconsin, permitting temporary delegation of custodial responsibilities for a child during a period of a parent’s military deployment
• Amended various Wisconsin Family Code provisions relating to issues such as prejudgment stipulations, de novo hearings of court commissioners’ decisions, required annual exchange of financial information, and legal separation proceedings addressed by court commissioners
• Authorized courts to enter permanent injunctions for certain victims of sexual assault
• Updated the federal poverty guidelines for 2023

Also added is the U.S. Code text of the federal Respect for Marriage Act, passed by Congress in 2022.
