The 2022 edition is current through the 2019–20 Wisconsin Statutes, as affected by Wisconsin Acts through 2021 Wis. Act 122.  The administrative code provisions are current though Wis. Admin. Reg. Feb. 2022, No. 794.  The 2022 edition incorporates recent legislation, supreme court orders, and administrative developments, which:

·       Revised and reorganized the administrative rules governing child-support calculations

·       Amended the statutory factors for determining legal custody and periods of physical placement and modified the content and timing of proposed parenting plans

·       Created new provisions to allow a court, under certain circumstances, to approve a stipulation for modifications to legal custody and physical placement contingent on the occurrence of a specified future event

·       Updated the federal poverty guidelines for 2022
