The 2024 edition is current through the 2021–22 Wisconsin Statutes, as affected by Wisconsin Acts through 2023 Wis. Act 125.

The 2024 Edition includes recent legislation that:

  • Revamps many laws in Wis. Stat. ch. 125 (Alcohol Beverages)
  • Establishes rules for court review of local decisions regarding residential development
  • Forbids political subdivisions from discriminating or granting preferential treatment on the basis of certain personal characteristics of individuals when making employment decisions
