- Recent legislation, which, among other things, added new provisions affecting the circumstances under which courts can conduct proceedings via telephone or live audiovisual means in cases under the Wisconsin Juvenile Justice Code
- Recent Wisconsin Supreme Court orders, which created new provisions that regulate the use of physical restraints on children and juveniles in court during proceedings under the Wisconsin Children’s Code or Juvenile Justice Code
