The 2021-2022 revision includes a number of changes, such as the following:
- The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin considered choice-of-law issues in a series of decisions issued in 2020 and 2021
- In a 2021 decision, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin applied the percentage-of-income test when determining “continuing financial interest”
- In 2021, the Dane County Circuit Court issued temporary orders in two cases involving wine and beer distributor relationships
- In a 2020 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit discussed the standards for preliminary injunctive relief
All statutory references, case law, and procedural rules have been reviewed and updated, as have the accompanying discussions.
