The 2016-2017 supplement incorporates helpful tools and key legal developments, including:

  • A sample “Order of Proof” for guiding preparation of proposed special verdicts and instructions, direct and cross-examinations, opening statements, and closing arguments
  • A Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals holding on the rule requiring a defendant to effect removal to federal court within 30 days of receiving a copy of the summons and complaint
