The 2022-2023 revision includes a number of changes such as:
- In 2022, the Wisconsin Supreme Court issued an opinion in which it discussed construction liens, and waivers thereof, at length
- The Wisconsin Legislature amended Wis. Stat. § 703.165, which deals with liens for condominiums
- The Wisconsin Court of Appeals issued an opinion in which it discussed whether a prime contractor’s refusal with good cause to pay a disputed amount is a tort
