  • Recent caselaw discussing topics such as attorney fee awards, the statute of limitations for claims relating to FDCPA violations, self-help repossession, and a court’s ability to bar a creditor’s statutory right of execution
  • Updated filing fees, exemption amounts, allowable expenses, income limits, secured and unsecured debt limits, nonexempt property values, priority claim limits, and other dollar figures
  • Discussion of amendments to the Bankruptcy Code to address negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Changes to aggregate debt limits affecting the eligibility of family farmers and fishermen for bankruptcy relief
