Brett Burney is an eDiscovery consultant, esteemed author, and highly sought-after speaker on legal technology topics. As the founder of Burney Consultants, Brett provides independent and expert consulting services to corporate executives and legal professionals. Paul J. Unger is a nationally recognized speaker, author and thought-leader in the legal technology industry. Unger specializes in document and case management, paperless office strategies, trial presentation and litigation technology, and legal-specific software training and professional development for law firms and legal departments throughout the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
