Brian L. Anderson is a shareholder with the Madison law firm of DeWitt LLP, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits, taxation, general business, nonprofit organizations, and estate planning. Mr. Anderson chairs his firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group. He is a certified public accountant, certified employee benefit specialist, and author of the employee benefits chapter in A Guide for Wisconsin Nonprofit Organizations published by State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE.®

David Eckhardt is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Husch Blackwell where he is a member of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team. Mr. Eckhardt focuses his practice on matters related to employee benefits, executive compensation, and taxation. Mr. Eckhardt has published numerous articles and regularly gives presentations on employee benefits topics. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Mary Ellen Schill is a shareholder in the Wausau office of Ruder Ware, L.L.S.C., and a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors. Mary Ellen is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Norbert College, and is Past President of the College’s Alumni Board of Directors. Michael W. Taibleson is a principal in Jackson Lewis’s Milwaukee office and part of the national Jackson Lewis Employee Benefits Practice. He offers employers, plan fiduciaries, plan administrators and insurers the benefit of his significant experience in employee benefits issues on the local, regional and national levels. His work in both law firm and accounting firm environments gives him a unique perspective on the benefit plan options available to clients in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Martin Tierney is a partner in the employee benefits groups at Michael Best. Martin has more than eighteen years of experience in the employee benefits area, including executive compensation, equity compensation, qualified retirement plans, welfare benefits and global benefit arrangements. Martin is a frequent speaker and writer on issues concerning employee benefits with a focus on executive compensation. He is a Senior Editor for the Journal of Pension Benefits and a member of both the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Illinois State Bar Association.
