The 2023–24 revision includes a number of changes such as:
- 2021 Wis. Act 166 substantially increased the rights of unit owners to inspect and copy association records and the duty of an association to maintain records, including, for some associations, on an internet website
- 2021 Wis. Act 166 also affected whether condominium associations can organize or reorganize as for-profit corporations
- 2021 Wis. Act 168 expanded the requirements for the description of a unit in a deed or other instrument that affects title to the unit
- 2021 Wis. Act 168 also expanded the criteria for surveys of condominium property
In addition, various forms have been updated, including: the WB-14 Residential Condominium Offer to Purchase, the WB-36 Buyer Agency Agreement, the ALTA Condominium Endorsement, the ALTA Owner’s Policy, the Sample Title Company Checklist for Issuing Condominium Endorsement, the Alternate Surveyor’s Certificate for Condominium Plat, and the U.S. Income Tax Return for Homeowners Associations.
