The 2022-2023 revision includes a number of changes, such as the following:
- A new form, Notice to the Clerk of Court and Adverse Parties of Filing of Notice of Removal, has been added to chapter 15
- Discussions of the following topics have been substantially expanded or revised: recovery of costs in declaratory-judgment actions, authorizations for release of non-health-care records, authorization and informed consent for disclosure of medical information and filing of health-care records, settlements for minors or incompetent persons, motions during trial, and the granting of stays pending appeal
- Previous Form 47.1 (Bill of Costs, Supporting Affidavit, and Notice of Taxation) has been split into three forms: Bill of Costs, Supporting Affidavit, and Notice of Taxation of Costs
