Gregory J. Banchy
Gregory J. Banchy grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1981, majoring in Information Systems and Business Administration. Greg received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Marquette University Law School in 1987. He received several awards during his time at Marquette and was selected for membership in the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society.
Greg is currently a member of the Eau Claire County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is also certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. His practice primarily involves estate planning and elder law.
Greg has been active in the elder law community for many years. He serves on the Board for the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Elder Law and Special Needs Section and is a past president and current board member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Greg also previously served on the Board of Directors for Wispact, an organization dedicated to serving Wisconsin’s special needs community.
Deanna Rymaszewski
Deanna Rymaszewski is the Clinical Educator – Social Worker for Agrace Hospice Care, a not-for-profit hospice based in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, serving South Central Wisconsin. She has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, with an emphasis in Hispanic Health and Human Services, and a Doctorate in Social Work. Deanna has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations in Milwaukee, Madison, and the surrounding areas. She has experience working with the elderly, physically disabled, and terminally ill, and their families.
Deanna has worked as a social worker, bereavement coordinator, and volunteer coordinator. In her current role, Deanna develops education on a wide range of end-of-life topics, including advance directives, what to expect, dementia, grief, and bereavement. She presents to the Agrace staff as well as the local community members and providers.
