- Updated filing fees, exemption amounts, allowable expenses, income limits, secured and unsecured debt limits, nonexempt property values, priority claim limits, and other dollar figures
- Discussion of amendments to the Bankruptcy Code to address negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
- Changes to aggregate debt limits affecting the eligibility of family farmers and fishermen for bankruptcy relief
