Working with operating divisions and with various staff departments (i.e., human resources, finance) to facilitate compliance with federal and state regulations. <br />• An important aspect of the position involves problem solving that requires assembling and examining available or readily obtainable facts and then selecting the best solution from often diverse and not necessarily obvious alternatives. The work involves not only selecting the best solution, but actively implementing the solution.
